How games join the collection

We look at browser-game releases, public lists, and creator projects. Before a game appears here, we check its identity, reuse permission, source files, and player. Appearing on a popular list does not automatically make a game available on Playlane.

The opening collection uses openly licensed source releases hosted with this site. These are launch selections, not a claim that they are the fastest-growing games today. We do not display invented play counts, ratings, or rankings.
